Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or making a booking on Zmootz you agree to these Terms.

2. Service

Zmootz is a wellness travel booking platform that arranges hotels and services through its catalog of partner suppliers in Thailand.

3. Bookings & Payment

All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment in Thai Baht via the Stripe payment provider. Customers are charged the server-validated price at checkout. Confirmation is delivered via email and viewable in My Bookings.

4. Cancellation

One platform-wide cancellation policy applies — see the Booking Guideline for the current terms. Cancellations are handled by our platform admin team upon email request.

5. Personal Data

Personal data is handled in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). See our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zmootz's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount the customer paid for the booking in question.
